How SMS Hospital Got 64.61% of Engagement Rate!
SMS Hospital is a well-established multispecialty hospital in Vadodara facing the issue of digital visibility despite offering quality care to the patients. It was difficult to generate consistent online leads because its organic campaigns were low and its keywords were competitive. The low search and social engagement were also involved. The SMS Hospital has also collaborated with Digital Sky 360, which is an outstanding SEO company in Ahmedabad. The venture seeks to leverage the online exposure of the hospital by maximizing the search engine performance and raising the online conversions.

Challenges
- When it comes to keywords, the medical industry is highly competitive.
- Weak search positioning and click-through rate.
- Not much data about the patient due to the laws of privacy.
- High cost PPC campaigns and fewer conversions.
- Strict Ad approval processes by platforms.
- Ineffective content discovery and indexing of the pages.
Strategy & Execution:
1. On-Page Optimization:
- We rewrite the landing page content with the high-volumed keywords.
- In order to respond to both transactional and informational search queries, we developed and updated service pages and blogs.
2. Local SEO Enhancements:
- GMB call tracking and click-to-call activity had been integrated, and the activity resulted in 2,369 GMB calls within 6 months.
3. Keyword Mapping & Geo-Targeting:
- We placed the local primary and secondary keywords into the local page and that of the doctor.
- It was ranked among the top 5 page results of 22+ local keywords, and the number of clicks on the site grew to 705.

4. Conversion Optimization:

5. Social SEO Support:
- To make them more relatable, we developed doctor introduction videos in Gujarati and Hindi.

GMB Engagement
- 2,369 direct phone calls through the Google Business Profile from February to July 2025.

- The local search activity can be indicated by high spread of 705 clicks to the site and 8,005 total interactions from February to July 2025.

By Location
The concentrations of the regions are all very low except India, which takes 94% showing successful regional targeting.
